Avatar Celebration Event Update

After having a very nice and calming conversation with individuals ( :p ) regarding whether the celebration avatars should be counted to progression I agree with the arguments put forth that the the encounter just isnt something that is a focus for guilds to consider a progression mob. They dont drop loot, only currency, and there is still a small variable when they spawn although that time frame has been lowered quite a bit. So, going forward these encounters will just be tracked for knowledge of who is killing what.
