Torrent can be blocked but is also ranged based. If you are out atleast 25+ meters it hits much less. When he drops the black circle just move your raid and him away from it. Best to keep him tanked in the same vicinity as his spawn. Just move left and right and avoid it like a red text joust....

Will curse whole raid on pull, just a ticking AE damage curse that can be cured through fight. Best to cure these all asap. Every 30s, he will set either the Outer rooms, or the Middle room on Fire, which is instant death for people in those rooms. You can only have maximum of 6 people in each room...
