Not the same, this name has a Red Message which needs jousted to the small room just outside the room with the name and has a curse the hits 2-3 people that they need to leave the room and go out into the main circular room so as not to infect other people if/when the red message goes off, he does not have and power-drain spell/buffs

Taken from the Above link, for those who don't want to have to watch a video to get the information.

Pharinich throws up a curse every so often on 2 random raid members. These raid members must exit in the room into the hallway to until the curse falls off. (If you do not exit the hallway the curse will spread to other nearby raid members)

Next thing Parinich does is periodically he will Red Emote indicating a raid wide Joust (Including the tank) Everyone must exit to the same hallway as the cursed members of the raid do. (NOTE - If you have a curse during the joust, have your cursed members just back up farther away in the hallway to not spread the curse)

Rinse repeat these simple steps and gather yourself some loot. Enjoy!
