[Test Server] Double XP

Double XP will run on Test Server from 00:01am PDT on Saturday, September 10, 2022 until 11:59pm PDT on Sunday, September 11, 2022. This is a make-up event due to the issues suffered over the Labor day weekend whereas they missed being able to participate for some of the XP event.
