Help with Alt Raid Force Creation

Hi,
Sorry for the noob questions. I am with Revelry and Honor on Halls of Fate. We are trying to create an alt raid force on Halls of Fate called and not seeing how I can do that. We did create it but it didn't appear automatically... perhaps it requires approval? Its possible it was submitted 2x as well

Also, once created, is there a way it can be linked to a specific character in the Revelry & Honor guild or do we have to submit each kill manually since its not a guild and is just a Raid Force within a guild?

This raid force was jsut created we noticed.

Can someone please:
- Name change it to "Revelry & Honor - Shut Up and Take the Wipe Raid Force" - the person who was able to finally register it used the wrong name (Wipe vs Rez)
- Delete the second Raid force that was created "Revelry and Honor - Shut Up and Take the Rez" - this is registered under a different user while we were trying to get it to work and does not need to exist
