Steppes Mythic Raid is currently broken and Census issues

It has been identified that the Steppes Mythic raid is not currently populating the zone with the Mythic level encounters. All kills have been deleted from this progression listing. Please refrain from submitting kills from this Mythic zone until it has been fixed. It is also being reported that the census database is not properly exporting kills either. It appears that the TLE server is also affected by this. I will keep you guys updated as soon as I hear any kind of updates on the matter. In the mean time the census kills are still being recorded I assume like the previous outage. So, unless you are a Raid Alliance you should just have to sit and wait. If you need to manually submit kills. You should still submit those like normal.

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved.
