Question on Time Conversion From Addition of Kill to Verification Screen

Hi there. For Underfoot Depths, I submitted all of my guild's kills in central time, but on the verification screen it got converted into Pacific time and the conversion doesn't seem right. For example, I submitted our Master Syfak kill for 20:37:43 Central, but on the verification screen it got converted into Pacific at 19:37:43. Given Central is 2 hours from Pacific time, the conversion should read 18:37:43. Am I missing something here?

If you submit Central Time, the kills that are from Census are Pacific Standard Time PST. So all kills not PST get changed to that. Then because of the guilds overseas. The PST changes to Pacific Daylight Time PDT.
