TLE Raiders

UPDATE: There was a substantial outage for the website over the last 12 hours or so. It has pushed back my timeline for getting TLE back up and working. I apologize that its not up, but I'm going get it up ASAP. I'll be focusing my free time on it tonight and I hope to have it up by the end of today, March 7th.

Progression for the newest unlocked content should be ready to go by tomorrow. Since this is the farthest progression that a TLE server has reached before being replaced there was some adjustments that needed to be done in the database that I didn't account for. I apologize for that. It should be ready to go by Wednesday evening.
