Blood of Luclin
We will not wait for the shissar -- that insidious race of snake people -- to begin their invasion of Norrath! We, Norrath?s proven adventurers and artisans, will travel to the moon of Luclin to implore the moon-goddess herself to join us in stopping the shissar. If we all should fail, the shissar forces will slither across Luclin and arrive on our own doorsteps. Scouts to Luclin found the moon is not as easy to traverse as it might have once been and a great many threats await us. But nothing will stand in our way! Norrath unite!

WELCOME, OVERSEER!

• The overseer system may be access through the main menu or via the /toggleoverseer command. To get started on your overseer journey, claim the Overseer Starting Pack from your /claim window to recieve a short Overseer tutorial quest chain, which will reward you with your initial agents and quests.

USER INTERFACE

• Guild Events tab now allows filtering of events based on text.
• Added option to disable bag sorting confirmation (User Interface => (Advanced) Inventory => Disable bag sorting confirmation dialog).
• Added search field to Housing Leaderboard window.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Scores of new Achievements await your discovery!
• Fixed an issue where shorthanded achievements were not being awarded in cases where raid members fully disconnected and rejoined.

ZONES / ZONE PROGRESSION
Doomfire, the Burning Lands [Mission]

• Corrected location where players were becoming stuck in a crevasse.

TRADESKILL RESEARCH ASSISTANTS

• You can now right-click on an assistant in your house that belongs to another player and choose ?Return to Owner? to send it back to them.

TRADESKILLS

• Many items that were not meant to go into the harvest bag have been corrected to not go into the harvesting bag.
• The Artisan's Pack Pony has been upgraded to search for new harvests!
• The Obulus Frontier Garden has been updated with new harvests

QUESTS

• New Lands, New Profits - Quest category is now Tradeskill.
• Burglars Afoot - The corpse clues in Tenebrous Tangle have had their respawn timer shortened significantly.
• A Source of Malediction - Animist Burtrus' body can now only be found when the player's quest requires one to, "Find Animist Butrus before he can reach the Stonebrunt Highlands."

ITEMS

• Archivist's Cloak - Item has had it's appearance changed to something more fitting.
• Councilman's Cloak of Chaos - Item has had it's appearance changed to something more fitting.
• Underforged Cloth Helm - Helm is no longer sewn of invisible, hair-removing fabric.
• Hefty Cord - Item name is now spelled correctly.
• CD Armor Voucher: Enlightened Heartstone Glove - Item description typo corrected.
• Development Kudos Reward - Item name is now spelled correctly.
• Horizontal Window Frame in Tall Divider of Adamantine - The texture of this house item now matches that of the others in this set.
• Cask Strength Gnomish Spirits - Texture on this house item will no longer change depending on player distance.
• Crushed Clavicle - Collectible is now spelled correctly.
• Circle-studded Silverlace Highboots - Armor piece is now spelled correctly.
• Orange adornments will no longer function within Blood of Luclin zones.

GUILDHALLS

• Renaming a GuildHall should now save correctly and reflect in housing UIs properly.
• Guildhall harvester has been updated with new harvests,

ABILITIES

• Casting abilities will no longer delay auto-attack
• Most abilities that previously stopped increasing in tier at earlier levels will now once again increase in tier. Many of these abilities have new effects which only apply on their new version. An example of this is the Monk ability Tranquil Vision, which previously stopped upgrading at level 60.
• The base damage for level 111+ abilities have been increased by a minimum of 20% before level and tier multipliers are applied.
• Abilities that granted spell double attack chance have been converted to granting a smaller amount of ability double attack chance.
• Most abilities that stuck the target multiple times or summoned multiple swarm pets have had that multiple strike combined into a single larger strike to reduce combat calculations on the server.
• Most level 111+ abilities that could trigger on combat hit or on melee hit have been converted to triggering on hostile ability cast to reduce combat calculations on the server.

Assassin

• Caltrops X will decrease combat mitigation.
• Cunning Defense IX will increase the mitigation granted by their worn armor.
• Deadly Focus VII will grant the the caster an ability double attack bonus.
• Murderous Design V will increase the fervor of any Fighter it is applied on.
• Torture X will decrease combat mitigation.

Beastlord

• Quick Swipe XIII will decrease the Fervor of the target.
• Vine Net XII will decrease combat mitigation.

Berserker

• Berserk Rage XI will improve the base auto-attack multiplier of the caster.
• Bloodlust X will increase weapon damage bonus of group members.
• Controlled Rage will improve the base auto-attack multiplier of the caster.
• Destructive Rage IX will increase weapon damage bonus of raid members.
• Reckless Aide will increase the caster's riposte chance and riposte damage.
• Wall of Rage X's cripple component will deal damage to the target encounter.
• War Cry VIII will improve the base auto-attack multiplier of the caster.

Brigand

• Befuddle IX will deal damage to the target.
• Entangle V will decrease combat mitigation of the target encounter.
• Holdup X will decrease combat mitigation of the target.
• Mug X will decrease combat mitigation of the target.
• Rob XI will decrease fervor of target.

Bruiser

• Brutality X Will grant Fervor to raid members.
• Divide and Conquer will decrease combat mitigation of the target encounter.
• Shrug Off V will increase the caster's riposte chance and riposte damage.

Channeler

• Channeler's Class Prestige starter has been renamed to Enhance: Marisha Kur's Blessing and will modify Marisha Kur's Blessing instead of granting a separate spell.
• Shadow Bind XII will decrease combat mitigation of the targets.

Coercer

• Mesmerize IX will increase the damage done to the target, this effect is only intended to last until the target is next struck, which removes the mesmerize.
• Obliterated Psyche IX will decrease combat mitigation of the target.
• Power of Mind X will increase the melee weapon range of group members.
• Pure Awe VII will increase the damage done to the target, this effect is only intended to last until the target is next struck, which removes the mesmerize.

Conjuror

• Aery Hunter VII has a new appearance.
• Earthen Avatar X has a new appearance.
• Fiery Magician VIII has a new appearance.
• Flameshield IX will trigger damage to the target when casting hostile abilities.

Defiler

• Noxious Efflux VIII has been added to Defiler spellbooks
• Defiler's Class Prestige starter has been renamed to Enhance: Noxious Efflux and will modify Noxious Efflux instead of granting a separate spell.
• Abhorrent Seal VII will decrease the Fervor of the target.
• Atrophy VII will decrease combat mitigation of the target.
• Deathward V will heal the target on application.
• Harbinger X Will increase the target's crit bonus overcap.
• Imprecate XI will decrease combat mitigation of the target instead of decreasing mitigation.
• Tendrils of Horror IV's triggered effect will decrease combat mitigation of the target.
• Terror Chant X will decrease combat mitigation of the targets.
• Vehemence IX will increase Potency of group members.

Dirge

• Clara's Chaotic Cacophony VIII will decrease combat mitigation of the target.
• Daro's Sorrowful Dirge VIII will decrease potency of target encounter.
• Disheartening Descant IX will decrease potency of target encounter.
• Hyran's Seething Sonata IV will increase Fervor of Fighter targets.

• Master of the Hunt VIII has been added to Fury spellbooks
• Fury's Class Prestige starter has been renamed to Enhance: Master of the Hunt and will modify Master of the Hunt instead of granting a separate spell.
• Brambles X will decrease combat mitigation of the targets.
• Lucidity X will increase the Fervor overcap of target.
• Maddening Swarm VII will decrease combat mitigation of the target encounter.
• Primal Fury IX will increase the weapon damage bonus and weapon damage bonus overcap of its target when triggered.

Guardian

• Call of Shielding IX will prevent the death of a single priest in the group once every 60 minutes.
• Never Surrender V will increase the caster's riposte chance and riposte damage.
• Sentinel V has a chance to deal damage to the target's attacker when they are damaged.
• Call to Arms X will increase the weapon damage bonus of group members.
• Guardian Sphere IV Wards group members against damage until triggered.
• Hunker Down X will increase the weapon damage bonus of the caster.

Inquisitor

• Fanatic's Faith VIII has been added to Inquisitor spellbooks
• Inquisitor's Class Prestige starter has been renamed to Enhance: Fanatic's Faith and will modify Fanatic's Faith instead of granting a separate spell.

Mystic

• Ancestral Mettle VIII has been added to Mystic spellbooks
• Mystic's Class Prestige starter has been renamed to Enhance: Ancestral Mettle and will modify Ancestral Mettle instead of granting a separate spell.

Necromancer

• Grim Sorcerer VIII has a new appearance.
• Nightshade VII has a new appearance.
• Undead Knight X has a new appearance.

Scout

• Evade X will increase the physical damage done to the target for a small number of hits after being applied.

Templar

• Symbol of Marzin VIII has been added to Templar spellbooks
• Templar's Class Prestige starter has been renamed to Enhance: Symbol of Marzin and will modify Symbol of Marzin instead of granting a separate spell.

Warden

• Essence of the Great Bear VIII has been added to Warden spellbooks
• Warden's Class Prestige starter has been renamed to Enhance: Essence of the Great Bear and will modify Essence of the Great Bear instead of granting a separate spell.
