OVERSEER SYSTEM

• This system is now available to any account with an active Membership. Players that have purchased Blood of Luclin will still be able to access Overseer if their membership lapses.

PERFORMANCE

• Disabled encounters from server side logging when they strike a player for more than half the players health in a single damage event. This does not affect player side parsing
• Beyond the Grave necromancer pet raid buff will no longer modify resistability of raid members spells.
