Ok once you are set click the picture and pull the switch. A few seconds the coffins will pop and the named as well.
The MT will pull the named to the corner and fight him here for the duration of the fight. If pulled correctly the Mob will be inbetween the raid and the MT so back attacks will work. Practice the pull.
Every 15% one of the coffins goes active. These can be a problem if not handled right. This is where your coffin killer comes into play, take the coffin to 15% or so and keep it under 20% and hold it there till it falls apart, this will be a few seconds. They have very little HP so turn off combat to keep it at 15% and damage as needed to maintain. As long as the Coffin Killer DOES NOT engage Malkonis he will not be affect by any knockups or AoE Damage.
If the coffin is above 20% health you will get a EPIC spawn. If Under 20% the coffin falls apart you will get one heroic add. Have the whole raid assist an off tank and burn it, then back to the named. Be careful not to over do on the named. control the damage so that you only ever have one add up.
You will repeat this every 15%.
If you over do the coffin and kill it you will take a raid hit for 90% of your health and have a strong chance of a wipe.
While the fight is going on there are bats that fly around the room near the roof. You do not want these and staying in the corrner the whole time will ensure you do not get any.
One of the coffins is right next to the named and so can be damaged by Open Air AOE's. DO NOT USE THEM IN THIS FIGHT.
When the mob gets close to 15% turn off your attacks and dots so the mob gets to 14% and holds, heal heal heal and wait. the add will come after a few seconds and you need to kill it.
Once the last add is dead you can go back in on the named. Ensure that you have all your debuffs up and running. At 12% or so put up blockers bards, Swashy, City Items. And crush him.
You will have a knock up to deal every 20 seconds with so STAY in the corrner the whole time.

You must find the Censor Item located on one of the dead bodies in the zone and then follow the instructions on screen when to use the censor. You need to check each of the breakable walls in the zone and if you get a message to use the censor then you use it. If done properly you will be able to click the painting in the back left corner of the zone and prevent Malkonis from leaving by pulling on the switch behind that painting.
If you use the censor incorrectly the painting will not be clickable and you will your chance to kill Malkonis. Atleast, that is what I remember from back in the day.
